Proven Productivity
The grand-daddy of all productivity problems on Earth?
The lack of prioritization.
Simplify your prioritization process with the Eisenhower matrix:
- Sketch a 2X2 matrix with “Urgency” on the horizontal X-axis and “Importance” on the vertical Y-Axis.
- Segregate your tasks based on their importance and urgency into the 4 quadrants.
- Focus all your present attention and time on the “High-High” tasks.
- Schedule, delegate, or ignore the other tasks.
You can leverage the Eisenhower matrix to make better decisions and choices as well.
Fit Formulas
2 legit no-B.S. fitness & health tips from my 6+ years of personal experience and research.
Formula #1
4 no B.S. ways to build an incredibly aesthetic V-taper physique:
- Religiously train your shoulders — focus on your side and rear delts more. Aim for 20 total weekly sets.
- Beef up your mid and upper back — focus and progressively overload on weighted pullups and barbell rows. DON’T miss deadlifts.
- Get to 15% body fat or lower — use a 300–500 calorie deficit. Eat 1g of protein per lb of your body weight. Sleep 8+ hours. Reduce sets but still lift heavy. Be patient.
- Avoid over-training your upper traps — big traps give a look of raw power, but they can hurt your V-taper look. Reduce shrugs, rack pulls, and upright rows.

Formula #2
Sleeping 5.5 hours instead of 8.5 led to losing 60% more muscle and 55% less fat.
Sleep deprivation = Fat-loss suicide. Sleep deep:
- Develop and stick to a regular sleep schedule
- Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex.
- Limit your afternoon nap to 20 minutes.
- No devices an hour or two before bed.
- Avoid caffeine and intensely cold showers after 2 PM.
- Consider supplementing with ZMA, Ashwagandha, or Melatonin.

Manly Matters
3 of my best insights on how to become an authentic, high-value man in the modern world.
#1 — F*cking up Doesn’t Make You a Loser
I recently f*cked up — relapsing on NoFap, staying up late, being unproductive, and lashing out at my girlfriend.
But I publicly owned up to it and bounced back ASAP.
Even the best of men f*ck up — the only catch is they bounce back rapidly while losers continue f*cking up.
#2 — Value and Be Grateful for What You Have
I recently broke up with my loving girlfriend for a trivial reason.
The real underlying reason was my lack of gratitude and blindness to her value. Within minutes of breaking up, the loss hit like a truck — and I got back with her in a few hours.
Don’t wait till you lose something to realize its value — sometimes, it’s too late.
#3 — (Traditional) Socializing Is an Absolute Waste
Modern-day socializing is a clown show.
Clinking poison jugs with people you hate and ogle at other drunk strangers — only to wake up with hangovers you curse.
Instead, do interesting shit — like working out, martial arts, rock climbing, and public speaking. Meeting high-quality people will be a natural side effect.
The best friendships, dates, and memories happen organically.

Bonus: An Incredibly Deep Spirituality Book
The modern world is noisy AF.
Ear-blasting music amidst ear-torturing traffic honking. Lust-firing porn. Mouth-watering sugary junk. Dopamine-depleting Netflix. Allergy-inducing aromatic chemicals.
Stuck in this sensuous depraved outer world, we’ve forgotten our “inner” world — no wonder we’ve all become miserable balls of anxiety searching for “bliss.”
In this incredibly deep yet easy-to-understand book, Osho explains the path to bliss — and enlightenment.
