Building an aesthetic V-taper physique isn’t rocket science. It burns down to a simple trifecta:

  • Get to 12–15% bodyfat. 500–750 calorie deficit + Over 150g protein + 8 hours of sleep + heavy lifting. That’s the oversimplified version. Here’s a free deep-dive article. Want an all-around fat-loss solution? Here you go.
  • Hammer your lats and side delts. (Weighted) Pullups for the former + regular (or Egyptian) lateral raises for the latter. That’s it.
  • Be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Nor will your aesthetic V-Taper. Give it 1–2 years minimum. See how my physique unfolded.

The best fat-loss supplement?

Not fat-burner pills. Not Garcinia Cambogia. Not black coffee, even.

It’s Sleep — one study found 5.5 hours of sleep to lead to 55% lesser fat loss than 8.5!

My free [updated] sleep checklist covers sleep in detail — here are its top 3 tips:

  • No devices 1–2 hours before bed. Blue light destroys the sleep hormone. If you use devices, ensure they’re on grey scale or night mode.
  • No caffeine after 1 PM. Caffeine stays at peak potency for 8–10 hours post-consumption.
  • Stick to the same sleep-wake timings. Even if you sleep late, wake up at the same time — this reprograms your circadian rhythm.
