Partly Revealing the Suspense…
Boy, I’ve been humbled.
A project I expected to take 2 weekends has taken 2+ months.
Amazon legalities. Print-formatting. Professional designer help. Multiple feedback+change iterations. Sorting out technical wrinkles. Tiring customer care back-and-forth.
But the final result is a creation I’m incredibly proud of. Any guesses?
I want to make a few tiny enhancements before sharing it with you — the next Manximize-1–2–3 edition will open the curtains.
Now, onto the newsletter.

Proven Productivity
Analysis paralysis is the #1 time-murderer.
Oscillating between confused head-banging, Omegle prank videos, Instagram stalking, and working — your productivity goes to the dogs.
Serial Time-boxing is the best antidote — decide the day’s tasks and cage them inside rigid time blocks.
Pro Tip: Align your most important daily tasks with your highest-energy time periods — for most people, it’s the morning.
When you precisely know which task to tackle when, procrastination flies out of the window. I stole this habit from my friend Akshad Singi — you’re free to steal it from me :)
P.S. My friend Jari Roomer has compiled together 10s of such science-based productivity techniques into his “Peak Productivity” eBook. Click here to learn more.
Fit Formulas
2 no-B.S. fitness & health tips from my 6+ years of experience & research.
Formula #1
Grease The Groove (GTG) is a technique to become stronger with any movement — pushups, pullups, squats, deadlifts, you name it.
GTG is simple — doing very low-intensity sets of the movement multiple times a day, aka “practicing” the exercise.
This sheer repetition “greases” your neural pathways — and lets your brain fire up the exercise’s neural circuit faster. Plus, your form for the movement also improves.
Say your max is 20 pushups in a set, you’d rep out sets of 4 to 6 pushups throughout the day — a pull-up max of 10? Bang out sets of 2 to 3.
Here’s a deeper dive into GTG — the science behind it and how I used it to fire up my pushups and pullups
Formula #2
Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) is the energy you burn outside exercise — be it walking, talking, drumming your fingers, or taking a dump.
Since NEAT comprises up to 50% of your daily calorie burn, you can burn up to 1000 extra calories by optimizing it.
All you have to do is move more! While the Ultimate Fat-loss Bundle’s NEAT-Burner Idea List shares in-depth ideas to optimize your NEAT, here are 3 core ideas:
- Walk while you talk on the phone.
- Shake your legs or drum your fingers while sitting and working.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
The goal is to move more — use your creativity to invent ways and tweaks to boost your NEAT.
Manly Matters
3 of my best insights on achieving authentic excellence in the modern world.
#1 — Age Is NOT Just a Number
The younger you are, the easier it is to achieve things — don’t waste your youth.
#2 — Forget Confidence, Instead…
Work hard, be consistent, and develop competence — confidence will be a side effect.
#3 — Not All Opinions Are the Same
Care about opinions that let you grow — and ignore ones that drag you down.

Bonus #1 — A Mind-Rewiring Book I’m Loving
This book is — Spirituality weds science.
Prof. David Hawkins has crafted this masterpiece by combining mystical teachings, religion, quantum physics, chaos theory, and 20+ years of painstaking research.
Halfway through this book, I’ve already irrevocably changed — so has my fundamental worldview.
Attractor patterns. The map of consciousness. M-fields. Strong & weak attractors. Vibrational energy levels. Truth-ascertaining Kinesiological testing.
The concepts are truly mind-bending — this is a must-read for truth-seekers and the intellectually curious.
