Proven Productivity

Do you struggle to tick off your daily ToDo items? Or fail to prioritize your tasks?

Then, say hello to the Ivy Lee (or 6-task) method:

  • Before hitting the sack, note down your 6 top ToDos for the next day.
  • Rank them in descending order of importance.
  • The next day, focus only on the 1st task.
  • Until it’s done, don’t touch the others.
  • Move on to the second task, then down the list in the same manner.
  • At the end of the day, transfer left-over tasks to the next day’s list.
  • Rinse and repeat.

P.S. Ensure the list size is always 6. For example, if you have 4 tasks left over, add only 2 new tasks to the next day’s list.

This method’s power is an amalgam of ruthless prioritization and singular focus.

Tried and tested for 100+ years, it has saved top CEOs, industrialists, and entrepreneurs 1000s of hours.

Fit Formulas

2 legit no-B.S. fitness & health tips from my 6+ years of personal experience and research.

Formula #1

Here’s a super-simple workout to build 3D injury-proof shoulders:

You can increase or decrease the sets. But stick to a 3:4:5 ratio for your front:side: Rear delts.

Formula #2

To lose body fat as optimally as you can:

  • Eat 1g of protein per lb of your body weight.
  • Eat in a calorie deficit of 300–750.
  • Consume enough healthy fats.
  • Lift heavy 3–4x a week.
  • Drink 3L+ of water.
  • Get AM sunlight.
  • Sleep 8 hours.

These “boring” basics will lead to 98% of your results — supplements, “superfoods,” and “fat burners” only give that extra 2% oomph.

Manly Matters

3 of my best insights on how to become an authentic, high-value man in the modern world.

#1 — A Simple Way to Meet Attractive Women and Make New Friends

Wherever you go, be in “social flow” — greet and talk to everyone you see and feel like. Be it waiters, baristas, cleaners, security guards, gas station attendants, or receptionists.

Start with simple smiles and “Good morning!” greetings. Slowly, work your way up to jokes, compliments, and questions.

#2 — An Iron Rule to Never Forget

Never fight with or betray your male friends for any woman.

  • As crude as it might sound, “Bros before h*es”
  • Don’t hit on or date each others’ exes.
  • Never simp. Always wing.

Plenty of attractive women around the globe — not so many trustworthy high-level men.

#3 — Never Ever Lie to Yourself

Lie to the world. Lie to your mother.

But always be honest with yourself — the truth is uncomfortable but propels you ahead and upwards.

The moment you lie to yourself and believe those lies, all hope is lost.
